A challenge is an obstacle to completing an objective and solving or completing a challenge can be described as overcoming an opposing force to completing a goal. This can be overcoming forgetfulness, tiredness, anger issues, or bad memories from every day objects or scenery. The anger issues don't have to be a deep rooted, seething hatred of a reminiscent object that reminds someone of bad experiences. Possibly when almost everyone else was having good experiences. It can be a mild annoyance at something that didn't sit well with someone, or an indicator of a pet peeve.

These challenges are supposed to be fun challenges, but they can help with associating new memories with old obstacles, to enjoying life, and to seeing fun and excitement where gloom and dread used to make itself at home. For example, crowded areas, being around water, going shopping for those items you were made fun of, or meeting up with new friends at that place everyones been talking about.

The End of Summer challenges, which coincidentally is around the time that school starts, are extensive this year. That is because the show has been around for a while and there can now be memories from a few years ago instead of a few months ago.

There are various hints, and some or most of the challenges will be posted to assist the viewer in keeping up with the show. However, there are other things to think about besides matching one video to another video. Think about the concepts, how it makes you feel, what adjacent memories do you recall? That is, as youre watching the video, what is in the memory cells near the ones where this video is being stored?

Eventually your brain will scramble the memory cells and if you rewatch the video later, it wont necessarily remind you of what you are remembering now. That is because when you rewatch the video, the video is being placed into memory cells that are adjacent to completely different cells. You're brain then tries to correlate imagery and sound to get a complete picture of what you are sensing with your eyes and ears.
